Required SkillsKey Responsibilities: Estimate Generation: Utilize Metal Building Software (MBS) and Sales Quoting Tools to generate precise estimates for commercial building projects as requested by Sales representatives. Collaborative Communication: Participate in conference calls with Salespeople, Customers, and Project Managers to comprehensively review project details, ensuring accurate estimation. Pricing Expertise: Generate Building Pricing Estimates based on project specifications and deliver them to Sales Team Members and Sales Management in the Standard Quote Reporting Format. Software Proficiency: Leverage your 1-3 years of experience with MBS to efficiently navigate and utilize the software for estimating purposes. Preferred Expertise: Demonstrate experience with mezzanines, bridge cranes, and MBS Project, showcasing a depth of knowledge in these areas. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory. 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Metal Building Software (MBS). Strong Excel proficiency, including advanced functions and data analysis skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate estimates. Strong time management skills and highly organized. Effective communication skills to collaborate with Sales representatives, Customers, and Project Managers. Knowledge of commercial building components, including mezzanines and bridge cranes, is a plus. Familiarity with MBS Project is advantageous.
