If you believe you have the necessary qualifications to excel in this position, look no further than Vitamin World!Vitamin World is looking for a Full- Time Assistant Store Manager for our retail store located in Prince Kuhio Plaza in Hilo, HI.Essential Functions: • Partner with the Manager to provide leadership and enthusiasm to drive exceptional customer experience, overall operational execution and total store results. • Assist the Manager in all aspects of operating a retail store including merchandise, inventory and expense control. • Lead and execute all company initiatives ensuring sales and profitability goals are exceeded. • Train, develop and assess performance of sales associates in all aspects of the business to ensure skillset, product knowledge and operations skills are achieved in order to provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales managerial experience. • Ability to assess talent, coach, and develop sales associates. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. • Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs (stock). What Y ou'll D o:

You r primary job will be to efficiently move our fleet vehicles within our lots or to different locations , as required . Additionally, you will in ventory our cars, enter vehicle status in a handheld device and ensure our lots are organize d and tidy.
