* Have morning huddles and prepare staff/facility daily to avoid communication issues.
* Responsible for patient flow for time management and customer service.
* Aid in local marketing efforts with community networking and representing company.
* Responsible for overall patient satisfaction and experience.
* Ensure facility is clean and organized to deliver quality care.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred. Other education and/or professional certification may be considered for substitution.
* Three (3) years or more of related work experience in a lead or supervisory position preferred.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
