  3. Manages a 5’s program with direct reports.
  4. Manages the forklift fleet in dealing with vendors, repairs, and replacements working with the Operations Manager.
  5. Performs electrical repairs such as replacing PLC’s, and or photo eyes.
  6. Assists & implements a preventative maintenance program.
  7. Have mechanical and fabrication background; able to read blue prints and schematics.
  8. Performs weekly sprinkler system inspections.
  9. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
  10. Locates damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machine, and measures, cuts, threads, and installs new pipe.
  11. Lubricates and cleans parts and machines to include performing maintenance on tow motors and other company vehicles.
  12. Operates welding equipment and cutting torch as required to make repairs on equipment.
  13. Lubricates and cleans parts and machines to include performing maintenance on tow motors and other company vehicles.
  14. Aids boiler operations in inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
  15. Manages parts on hand and parts vendor relationships.
  16. Will be required to do yearly performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years vocational training in the maintenance fields, or equivalent on-the-job experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Experience with low and high voltage industrial electrical systems.
  • Experience in analyzing production machines and systems.
  • Welding experience with mig and tig weld procedures is desired.
  • Previous experience with hand tools, grinder, drill press, drills, air compressor, air driven tools, welder, electrical test equipment, front end loader, tow motor, straight truck.
