Expectations from the Fast Track Manager program:
We look for energetic individuals who are goal and career-oriented.
You'll be assigned to a car wash location in your area and the training begins.
You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who may once have been in your shoes.
Nearly 50% of all our managers started out in this program.
During your first year, you will participate in all areas of our business. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion will result in promotion potential and pay increases. On average, you can expect to be promoted to an Assistant Manager within 12 months. At completion of your Assistant Manager certification, we'll evaluate openings in your market and determine placement. Your own initiative and capabilities, coupled with your ability to think on your feet will dictate how fast you advance. The position also includes a generous benefits package:

This position prefers a Class B CDL. <br/><br/><b> What your day may look like </b> <br/><br/><li> Correctly mixes pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals for application. <br/><li> Maintains accurate log books on applicated acres. <br/><li> Performs maintenance and calibration on application equipment. <br/><li> Wears proper protection equipment. <br/><li> Participates in continuing education for maintaining pesticide applicator license. <br/><li> Attends applicator equipment workshops. <br/><li> Performs maintenance on other equipment and fixed facilities. <br/><li> Must be able to work nights, overtime and some weekend hours during busy season. <br/><li> Other work-related duties as assigned by leader. <br/><li> Reliable and regular attendance is expected. <br/><br/><b> Education and experience needed for this position </b> <br/><br/><li> High school diploma is required. <br/><li> Experience in operating large equipment is required. <br/><li> Must be at least 18 years old to operate Helena equipment and/or drive a company vehicle. Positions requiring a CDL may have differing age requirements. <br/><li> A Class B CDL is preferred. <br/><li> Must pass a drug test and background check. <br/><br/><b> Other skills that will help you succeed: </b> <br/><br/><li> Mechanically inclined. <br/><li> Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) is preferred. <br/><li> Communication and interpersonal skills. <br/><li> Agricultural background. <br/><li> Basic knowledge of ag pesticides. <br/><li> Excellent driving record. <br/><li> Ability to read field maps and use tractor-mounted field computers. <br/><li> Professional competence to safety. <br/><li> Ability to pass a CDL physical examination. <br/><li> Ability to work without direct supervision. <br/><br/><b> Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job </b> <br/><br/>At Helena, safety is our highest priority. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit.
