Relocating pole molds; connecting plates; safely perform a mold change with cranes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
Transport all mold and mold sections safely with minimal swaying motion; articulate the load capacity; excel at moving material safely.

Must be able to coach and mentor employees and be able to document non-conformance to reports.
Write test and inspection reports describing results, recommendations, and needed repairs.
Work with fellow personnel in the Quality Control department in all areas of production.
Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Actively participates in department safety and be able to conduct Toolbox Talks, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all Valmont safety policy and procedures.
Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.

Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
