The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury & Risk Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Recommend and implement improvements to current cash forecast processes.Create and update models involving cash flow metrics, as well as liquidity, working capital and quarterly financial reporting.Assist with Treasury related footnotes for the10-Q and 10-K.Work with Treasury & Risk Manager to develop the company's interest expense forecast for the annual budget and periodic updates, and the three-year strategic plan.Collect monthly statements from the banks and generate monthly interest rate swap marked-to-market report. Compare amounts to Bloomberg swap models.Update share repurchase tracking file with current activity, and process wires to pay the bank executing the buyback program. Report weekly buyback activity to key internal stakeholders.Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices. Explore and evaluate Treasury processes, system improvements and actively participate in implementations.Assist joint venture with cash transactions, cash flow and analysis.Serve as bank administrator for users, audit reviews and service modifications. Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits, and monitor cash management activities to ensure compliance. Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation, including SOX and FBAR-related documentation. Liaise with the company's subsidiaries in setting up new bank accounts, services and handling bank inquiries and related matters.Act as liaison between Accounting and other functions on all Treasury related matters.Insurance Risk Management:Work with insurance carriers, broker, third-party administrator and key company contacts for workers' compensation claims information. Assist with ongoing workers' compensation claims management. Assist Treasury & Risk Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety representatives, and plant management on workers' compensation claim trending, claim management, and overall corporate risk analysis.Prepare monthly workers' compensation reporting package, and investigate variances. 1st Shift - 6:30 AM - 3:00 pm (full-time and part-time available)
2nd Shift - 4:00 PM - 8:00 pm (4 to 15 hours a week)
