Expands and maintains community resource list as needed; • Assists as needed in evaluating and planning memorial services; • Functions independently, but seeks and accepts guidance from other members of the interdisciplinary group, or from member of the community; • Participates in hospice activities such as in-service education, hospice personnel meetings, and relevant committees; • Advances professional knowledge and skills; • Actively participates in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities; • Represents the Company in a professional and courteous manner at all times; • Complies with Compliance Plan; • Complies with HIPAA Policies.
