Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, filling, labeling, packaging, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, homogenizers, bulk delivery equipment, blending/mixing systems. Collaborate with site leadership to establish and lead processes that achieves high standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and high employee engagement. Position Responsibilities: Assumes a shared role as a safety champion that inspires team members to embrace and be accountable for personal safety. What’s a typical day as a CNC Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting-up and operating CNC and/or EDM machines to perform machining operations, fast hole drilling, graphite shaping on metal castings, forgings and bar stock according to specifications and set-up instructions
• Studying work instructions (mechanical drawings) and set-up instructions to determine machining required, dimensional specifications, work procedures and methods
• Installing work holding devices such as blocks and tooling on table of machine using hand tools

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of specified equipment to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating installations with sales or account managers.
Using database and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and process workflows.
Pre-calling customers to set up deliveries, pick-ups, and relocations.
Printing and scrubbing Ad Hoc Reports.
Printing Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
Updating the delivery system with scheduled dates and notes.
Emailing delivery notifications to Order Processing.
Updating Oracle DFF notes, CC notes, or the Zoom Screen.
Creating manual orders in the delivery system when needed.
Scheduling orders in staging to ensure compliance with cycle time requirements.
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dispatcher or scheduler, preferably in the transportation industry.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Comfortable with making phone calls and sending emails to schedule orders.
Good business acumen.
Previous customer service experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
One year of customer service experience.
Strong customer presentation and communication skills.
Database and spreadsheet skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Teamwork attitude.
Ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally.
