Managing restaurant - back and front, working very close with kitchen manager. Doing beer and wine inventories and placing orders, scheduling shifts and managing servers and kitchen staff. This job involves about 10 hours a week of management hours as well as working as a server.

The SMR must have signifiant experience as a foster parent, and at least some experience with fostering teens, be connected with the foster parent community in the Treasure Valley, including foster parents of teens, and have experience with social media marketing, specifically with FaceBook and Instagram Objectives and Compensation Social Media Setup Create and launch Inspire Idaho FaceBook and Instagram accounts that Encourage Treasure Valley foster moms of teens Point Treasure Valley foster moms of teens to the Inspire Idaho website and events Compensation: $250 one-time payment Social Media Engagement Set up Ads targeting foster moms of teens (Ads funded by Inspire Idaho). Create and post content on platforms 2x weekly, alternating between general content for foster parents of teens and specific Inspire Idaho Inc content (provided by Inspire Idaho Inc) Monitor and update Ads monthly. Actively friend/follow relevant individuals and organizations Interact with foster parents of teens and point interested parents to Inspire Idaho Inc Compensation: Base pay of $125 per month, plus Incentives: $100 one-time payment for every unique foster teen who first engages with Inspire Idaho through Inspire Idaho social media and/or the SMR (more clarity will be given). {Limit: 12, $100 payments for 12, unique foster teens, annually. Inspire Idaho may raise this limit} $0.75 for every 21+ year-old living in the Treasure Valley who follows one platform; + $0.25 if they follow two platforms. {Limit: 500 new followers annually.
