Description:

Seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join the team at the leading agricultural industrial equipment company. This is a fast paced, customer focused organization that has a history of making things happen and providing high quality tools for industry. The company has recently created an automation group, which this individual will be part of, and they will be transitioning all existing equipment to automated robotics.

Responsibilities:

• Design components for industrial equipment utilizing including: gearboxes, shafts, plates, axles, etc.

• Responsible for developing, documenting, and validating new product designs, as well as improving existing designs

• Interface with other departments and staff including: designers, quality, manufacturing, production, and software

• Solid part modeling, print detailing and creating assemblies using Creo or Solidworks
