Monitor and fulfill “To Buy” lists when delivering to KCI stores. Communicate to Production and Bakery Managers when “To Buy” items are not available or are delayed in replenishment. Maintain all storage areas in the production facilities. Ensure FIFO (First in, first out) standards are upheld when restocking all products. Perform all Retail Cupcake Ambassador Duties as needed, including opening and closing shifts.
