El Cocinero es el responsable de preparar y/o dirigir la preparación de los elementos del menú de Silver Diner para servir conforme a los estándares sanitarios, de salud e higiene personal y de acuerdo con las especificaciones de Silver Diner.

Mantener una estación limpia y organizada, limpieza continua

Every order is delivered 100% correct
Suggestively sell to every guest
Maintaining an awareness of all menu items
Properly merchandise all products & replenish as needed
Keep display cases and work area organized & sparkling clean
Accurately & efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintain proper cash & media accountabilities at the POS
Communicate guest requests to management
Answer phone within three rings using proper Silver Diner greeting
Work as part of a team, communicating clearly and constructively
BRAND DELIVERY:
Be on time for work
Maintain a positive, fun-oriented attitude to your work
Keep yourself, your uniform and your station sparkling clean at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

It is a physically intense environment requiring stamina and the ability to tolerate heat, walk-in coolers, lift/maneuver boxes weighing up to 35 pounds, and stand/walk on hard surfaces for 10-12 hours per day. Able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Able to tolerate proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products. Frequent hand washing. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary function of the Busser is supporting Servers by assisting in clearing & cleaning tables in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as part of a team, communicating clearly and constructively.
Primarily support Servers by:
Clearing tables of remaining dishes when guests complete their meal
Clean & sanitize tables (adhering to current procedures) prior to new guest(s) being seated
Ensure all dishes used in the dining room are sparkling clean
Sweep, mop & in some instance, vacuum, dining room floors
Clean up spills & remove trash
Clean furniture, fixtures & walls in the dining room & service areas
Carry dishes to dish room
Scrape, sort and stack dirty dishes
Restock clean dishes in the front of house
Stock & refill ice bins
Maintain cleanliness & stocking of restrooms, conducting restroom checks every hour.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work area includes: food, refrigeration, knives, toasters, syrup dispensers, plates/bowls, slippery floors, and, at times, high temperatures. It is a physically intense environment requiring stamina and the ability to tolerate heat, walk-in coolers, lift/maneuver boxes weighing up to 35 pounds, and stand/walk on hard surfaces for 10-12 hours per day. Able to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe. Able to tolerate proper use of cleaning & sanitizing products. Frequent hand washing. Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to applicable state law.
