HR Generalist:

Bright Event Rentals’ most important asset is its Team Members, and we ensure all Team Members receive the best support available. As a HR Generalist, you are the embodiment of that support. You will directly assist, support, and manage Team Member inquiries including benefit enrollment, training, safety, hiring process, and onboarding. A HR Generalist must be passionate and motivated to create, sustain, and manage a seamless employment experience while providing excellent customer service to all internal and external members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure completion of training for all Team Members
  • Coordinate interviews of potential candidates
  • Provide Team Members with appropriate materials to perform their duties (uniform, PPE, Office supplies, badges, workstation, credentials)
  • Maintain accurate i9 compliance for all Team Members at the location
  • Organize and plan Team Member engagement activities
