Job Description
You are an important part of the hotel’s customer-service team working together to ensure guests have an amazing stay. We are looking for a member that is friendly, polite, and personable when interacting with others. You will work with a team that cares about our guests as well as their own appearance and presents themselves in a tidy, professional manner. If you are someone who can stay calm under pressure and remain positive even when dealing with guests that are critical or upset about their experience, then this challenge is for you!

Requirements
1. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
2. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.
4. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
5. Strong computer skills.
6. Front office experience a plus, but not required; will train the right candidate.
7. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required; will train the right candidate.
8. Positive, upbeat personality, works well in a team, desire to learn, and able to multi-task.
9. Hours will vary; flexible schedule necessary in order to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Physical Requirements
Must be able stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
