Provide day to day management oversight in the delivery of Sales Engineering strategies by account and/or partner. Provide more hands-on management and consultative Sales Engineering support for larger and more strategic deals. Refine and scale core Sales Engineering processes, such as discovery, technical qualification, custom demos, workshops, RFP/ RFQ process and proof-of-concepts. Lead the RFP / RFQ process for large and strategic deals. Develop strategic and business plan for Sales Engineering Team on an annual basis, in line with the US Business Unit’s annual business goals and strategy; outline short-term and long-term financial and operational goals. Own repository of robust competitive intelligence on App Orchid’s existing and upcoming competition. Work on Product Sales Strategy Development & Go-To-Market. Develop and execute strategy for taking new and existing products to market in various business verticals for US region. Work with product leaders and sales team to develop product messaging and features. Work with Marketing teams to develop new customer acquisition based on product GTM plans. Contribute to and engage in various brand awareness and marketing programs, events sponsored and participated by App Orchid. Support strategy for identifying and targeting key accounts in various business verticals and conduct regular account business review for US region. Support sales targets as per P&L /business plan, on a quarterly basis, for new business acquisition, upsell and cross-sell. Influence and cultivate relationships with CXO level leaders across accounts for facilitating long-term partnerships. Supervise the creation and running of Partner Enablement Program for driving higher effectiveness of partnerships through onboarding, ongoing training on product and offering updates, events, awards, etc. Vet potential partnerships by confirming sales and technology alignment. Develop joint Go-to-Market and Sales Development Plans with Partner Ecosystem. Actively contribute to product development by interfacing with App Orchid Product Management and Development team, to ensure product roadmap is in line with customer /market needs and expectations. Preside over system integration and product development in OEM / partnership discussions in joint product / marketing offerings. provide strategic guidance to management and product team for prioritizing product investments for the U.S market to maximize opportunities and return on investment and create differentiators for the product.
