The FSE is required to be familiar with both electrical and mechanical concepts to fit into the rotating electro-mechanical industry. FSE must assist in daily shop production in the absence of field service projects, with, in-shop machine testing, following up with projects, customer communications and work with O.L. to develop and streamline the planning, scheduling and execution of work.
