The Assistant Coach will work alongside the series head coaches and help manage the training and development of pit crews across all racing series. The Assistant Coach will assist with practice sessions, film review, scheduling, and all other coaching duties. This is an in-office position with the possibility of travel if needed. Responsibilities:Prioritize as the backup to the IndyCar/IMSA Head Coach as needed.
