Test Data Systems Engineer to join our team located at Culpeper, Virginia. Test Data System Engineers work with customers, design/project engineers and internal test personnel to implement and maintain data acquisition and control systems for a variety of propulsion system tests. They then review data files, process video, reduce test data and create reports for deliverable test data. Test Data System Engineers use a wide range of engineering skills to work with a variety of facility equipment, from Process Logic Controllers (PLCs) and remote pressure controllers to data system software and networking. We are currently seeking multiple Software Engineers to join our team in support of projects focus on intelligence, department of defense, and commercial sectors. The main program these engineers will support is a prime contract to build the US Navy a state of the art digital ground station for in-fill and ex-fill (transport and receive) communications. It has both signal processing and some non-signal processing FPGA applications.

Day to Day:

- Sprint/Agile development environment

- Utilize a microservices architecture with CI/CD processes

- Integrate on-premise Cloud solutions

- Develop in C++ application on a Linux OS

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science

• 5+ Years of experience with C/C++, Python and Linux

• Demonstrated experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other open source tools

• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD, Github, and Microservices

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance

Highly Desired:

• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with strong understanding of communication systems design and theory

• Active TS/SCI Clearance (US Citizenship Required)

• Experience in communications or SIGINT systems development and test
